About us
Who we are
Our vision
Communities where no mosque is dark, no family is without water, and no child is denied learning for lack of means.
Our mission
To deliver practical, well-governed humanitarian and development interventions — lighting, water, health, education and livelihoods — with complete transparency to donors and communities.
Our objectives
- Provide lighting for predominantly rural mosques and other essential community amenities.
- Support poor and vulnerable members of society through humanitarian assistance.
- Construct community infrastructure — wells, boreholes, bridges and access roads.
- Provide medical assistance to vulnerable people.
- Support education through schools, Islamic learning centres and educational programmes.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, corporate organisations, donors and development partners.
- Empower youths and women through skills acquisition, vocational training, entrepreneurship and capacity building.
- Promote transparency, accountability and effective management of all resources and projects.
Core values
Amanah — Trust
We hold every donation and every project in trust for the communities we serve.
Transparency
Budgets, progress and reports are open. Nothing to hide, everything to show.
Service
We go where the need is, not where the road is easiest.
Governance
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees supported by a management team and an advisory council. Board members, management profiles, annual reports and strategic plans are published here as they are released.
